That’s why we provide special shims — fully customized in shape, thickness, and overall dimensions, precisely engineered to meet your exact requirements. Whether you’re dealing with non-standard machinery, tight tolerances, or one-of-a-kind setups, our custom shims are designed to deliver accuracy and reliability where standard solutions fall short.

We supply both single pieces and full series with consistent precision across every unit. To ensure the best result, we ask that your design be submitted as a DXF file. However, if you don’t have a ready-made drawing, no problem — our in-house team can create the technical drawing for you quickly, usually within one working day.

Our shims can be manufactured in thicknesses ranging from as thin as 0.05 mm up to 10 mm. For applications requiring thicker materials, we are happy to explore custom production options on request.
